Willoughby Town Centre is a vibrant, mixed-use community located at 20727 Willoughby Town Centre Drive in Langley, BC. Developed by Qualico Properties in partnership with Chow & Li, this master-planned development spans over a decade of construction and planning. The final phase, completed in 2022, introduced 91 modern condominiums above ground-floor retail and office spaces, creating a walkable urban village that blends residential living with commercial amenities. The community features landscaped greenways, pedestrian-friendly streets, and a variety of shops and services, fostering a connected and convenient lifestyle for residents.
