Riverwalk is a five-storey, wood-frame residential development located at 3185 Riverwalk Avenue in Vancouver’s River District. Delivered in partnership with the Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency (VAHA), the City of Vancouver, and S.U.C.C.E.S.S., the project provides 109 affordable rental homes for low- to moderate-income individuals, seniors, and families. The unit mix includes seven studios, 30 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom, and 24 three-bedroom suites, with 30% of units offered at Housing Income Limits (HIL) rates and the remaining 70% at low-end-of-market rates . Amenities include a rooftop patio, shared amenity room, in-suite laundry, and gated parking with electric vehicle charging stations .

NuFrame was engaged to deliver a comprehensive material supply package for the Riverwalk project, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structures. By overseeing every aspect from prefabrication to on-site installation, NuFrame ensured precision and efficiency throughout the construction process. Their integrated approach contributed to the successful realization of this significant development, enhancing Vancouver's affordable housing landscape with quality craftsmanship and innovative design.
