Walter's Place

Walter’s Place is a five-storey residential development by Milori Homes, situated at 1335 Draycott Road in North Vancouver’s Lynn Valley neighbourhood. Completed in 2017, the project comprises 35 thoughtfully designed two- and three-bedroom homes, offering residents a harmonious blend of contemporary living and natural surroundings. The architecture, inspired by the serene North Shore setting, features solid fir wood posts and earth-tone colours that complement the lush greenery of the area. Each home boasts spacious interiors with 9-foot ceilings, high-end finishes, and large private decks with glass railings that provide stunning views of the surrounding mountains and village. Walter’s Place has been recognized for its excellence, receiving the 2019 Provincial Georgie Award for Best Multi-Family Low-Rise Development and an Honourable Mention from the District of North Vancouver’s Advisory Design Panel in 2017.
