Livingstone House

Livingstone House is a six-storey, concrete boutique residence developed by Intracorp, located at 5149 Cambie Street in Vancouver’s Cambie Corridor. Completed in 2017, the project comprises 52 condominiums and three carriage homes, offering one- to three-bedroom layouts ranging from 899 to 1,361 square feet. Designed by Shift Architecture with interiors by Trepp Design Inc., the building features a blend of modern and Victorian-inspired elements, including brick and stone exteriors, black mullioned windows, and richly landscaped courtyards. Amenities include a guest suite, entertainment lounge with kitchen, children's outdoor activity area, and a reflecting pond. Situated across from Queen Elizabeth Park and near the Oakridge–41st Avenue Canada Line Station, Livingstone House offers residents both tranquility and urban convenience.

NuFrame was engaged to deliver a comprehensive material supply package for Livingstone House, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structures. By overseeing every aspect from prefabrication to on-site installation, NuFrame ensured precision and efficiency throughout the construction process.
