McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver Airport is a premier open-air shopping destination located in Richmond, BC, adjacent to Vancouver International Airport. Developed as a joint venture between McArthurGlen Group and the Vancouver Airport Authority, the outlet opened its first phase in July 2015, introducing a European-inspired village design with over 240,000 square feet of retail and dining space. The second phase, completed in August 2019, added an additional 84,000 square feet, accommodating up to 35 new luxury, premium, and lifestyle brands. The centre features tree-lined walkways, cobblestone streets, and a variety of façades, creating an inviting atmosphere for shoppers seeking year-round savings.
NuFrame was engaged to deliver a comprehensive material supply package for the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet project, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structures. By overseeing every aspect from prefabrication to on-site installation, NuFrame ensured precision and efficiency throughout the construction process.
