Developed by Primex Investments and constructed by Summit Brooke Construction, the project is part of a two-phase redevelopment replacing the original 45-unit Village Green apartments with 137 modern rental homes. The building offers a mix of studio, junior one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom suites, designed to cater to a diverse range of residents. Amenities include an internal landscaped courtyard, underground parking with electric vehicle charging stations, and close proximity to local shops, parks, and public transit.

NuFrame was engaged to deliver a comprehensive material supply package for the Village Green project, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structures. By overseeing every aspect from prefabrication to on-site installation, NuFrame ensured precision and efficiency throughout the construction process. Their integrated approach contributed to the successful realization of this distinctive development, enhancing Victoria's residential landscape with quality craftsmanship and innovative design.
