Hamilton Village, developed by Oris Consulting Ltd., is a master-planned community situated in Richmond's Hamilton neighbourhood. Phases 2 and 3 of this development are currently under construction at 23200 Gilley Road, featuring five-storey buildings with a total of 138 condominium units. These residences offer one- to three-bedroom layouts, ranging from 646 to 829 square feet, and are designed with contemporary Pacific Northwest architecture by Rositch Hemphill Architects. Interiors by MVR Designs Ltd. include 9-foot ceilings, wide plank laminate flooring, and energy-efficient appliances. The community emphasizes walkability and connectivity, with tree-lined paths and a High Street linking residents to various amenities.

NuFrame was engaged to deliver a comprehensive material supply package for the Hamilton Village project, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structures.
