The SFU Condos project, developed by Hovercraft Builders, is a significant addition to Burnaby's Simon Fraser University (SFU) community. This development features two six-storey wood-frame towers comprising a total of 168 residential units, including three co-living suites. Strategically positioned above a single-level shared parkade, the buildings are thoughtfully designed to integrate with the site's natural topography, sloping towards a wooded riparian zone. Emphasizing multifunctional spaces and outdoor connectivity, the project aims to enhance the living experience for residents within the SFU campus area.

NuFrame was engaged to deliver a comprehensive material supply package for the SFU Condos project, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structures. By overseeing every aspect from prefabrication to on-site installation, NuFrame ensured precision and efficiency throughout the construction process. Their integrated approach contributed to the successful realization of this distinctive development, enhancing Burnaby's residential landscape with quality craftsmanship and innovative design.
