Heartwood is a boutique collection of 81 modern, mountain-side townhomes developed by StreetSide Developments, located at 3535 Highland Drive in Coquitlam’s Burke Mountain community. Completed in early 2025, the project comprises 18 three-storey wood-frame buildings offering 3- and 4-bedroom layouts across 25 distinct floorplans, ranging from 1,434 to 2,331 square feet. Designed by EKISTICS Architecture with interiors by Ross & Company, select homes feature rooftop decks, spacious lower-level family rooms, and private two-car garages equipped with Level 2 EV chargers. Residents enjoy 7,500 square feet of outdoor amenities, including children's play areas, open lawns, and landscaped seating areas, all nestled amidst the natural beauty of Burke Mountain.

NuFrame was engaged to deliver a comprehensive material supply package for the Heartwood project, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structures. By overseeing every aspect from prefabrication to on-site installation, NuFrame ensured precision and efficiency throughout the construction process.
