Located at the intersection of Fraser Street and East 19th Avenue in Vancouver’s Kensington-Cedar Cottage neighbourhood, Comma Fraser is a six-storey, purpose-built rental development that brings 104 pet-friendly homes to the heart of the Fraserhood. Developed by Rize Alliance and designed by Yamamoto Architecture, the building features a diverse mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, including townhomes along the laneway. The project also includes approximately 9,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, thoughtfully curated to reflect the vibrancy and creative spirit of the local community. With amenities such as a rooftop terrace, resident lounge, and smart technology integrations, Comma Fraser fosters a sense of connection and convenience for its residents.

NuFrame was entrusted with delivering a comprehensive material supply package for Comma Fraser, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structure. By overseeing every aspect from prefabrication to on-site installation, NuFrame ensured precision and efficiency throughout the construction process.
