TELUS Living Sechelt is a six-storey, mixed-use development located at 5528 and 5536 Inlet Avenue in Sechelt, BC. Developed by TELUS in partnership with Omicron, the project replaces the former Cozy Court Motel while retaining essential TELUS infrastructure on-site. The building comprises approximately 59 market rental units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, above ground-floor retail and commercial spaces. Designed with sustainability in mind, the development aims to meet Step 3 of the BC Energy Step Code and has achieved Zero Carbon Building – Design certification. Features include an internal courtyard promoting natural ventilation, EV-ready parking, and enhanced public realm elements along Inlet Avenue and Periwinkle Lane.

NuFrame was engaged to deliver a comprehensive material supply package for the TELUS Living Sechelt project, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structures. By overseeing every aspect from prefabrication to on-site installation, NuFrame ensured precision and efficiency throughout the construction process. Their integrated approach contributed to the successful realization of this distinctive development, enhancing Sechelt's residential landscape with quality craftsmanship and innovative design.
