The Boroughs is a master-planned townhome community by StreetSide Developments, located at 2070 Oak Meadows Drive in South Surrey’s Grandview Heights neighbourhood. Comprising three distinct phases—Holloway, Bexley, and Chelsea—the development offers a total of 321 two- to four-bedroom homes, each thoughtfully designed to blend contemporary living with timeless architectural charm. Homes range from approximately 1,250 to 1,630 square feet and feature spacious open-plan layouts, private rooftop decks or patios, and energy-efficient systems, including electric heat pumps for heating and cooling. Residents benefit from exclusive access to three amenity buildings: The Playroom at Holloway, The Lounge at Bexley, and The Rec Room at Chelsea, each providing spaces for fitness, social gatherings, and recreation. NuFrame was engaged to deliver a comprehensive material supply package for The Boroughs project, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structures.
