Morrison on the Park is a contemporary townhome community developed by Creo Developments and built by VPAC Construction, located at 650 East 2nd Street in North Vancouver’s Moodyville neighbourhood. Completed in 2023, the project features 63 one- to three-bedroom stacked townhomes, each designed with expansive full-height windows, landscaped patios, and rooftop decks to maximize natural light and outdoor living. Situated adjacent to Moodyville Park, residents enjoy immediate access to green spaces, trails, and recreational amenities, fostering a vibrant and connected community.
NuFrame was engaged to deliver a comprehensive material supply package for Morrison on the Park, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structures.
