Located at 2619 East Hastings Street in Vancouver’s Hastings-Sunrise neighbourhood, this six-storey mixed-use development by Nicolaou Properties offers 46 secured market rental homes above approximately 6,700 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Designed by Studio One Architecture and completed in October 2023, the project features a concrete main floor with two levels of underground parking and wood-frame residential construction above. Notably, the development preserves the character of the area by reconstructing the historic Swanson Residence façade along Penticton Street, blending modern living with heritage elements. Approved under the City of Vancouver’s Rental 100 program, the building contributes to the city's affordable housing goals by providing long-term rental units secured through a housing agreement.
