The project comprises 63 three-bedroom homes across 13 three-storey wood-frame buildings, offering spacious living areas ranging from 1,318 to 1,496 square feet. Each residence features direct access from a secure underground parkade, private ground-floor patios, and, in many cases, rooftop terraces extending from the master suite. Interiors are thoughtfully appointed with brushed oak hardwood flooring, European cabinetry, Bosch appliances, and triple-pane windows, ensuring both comfort and energy efficiency. The development also includes a landscaped central walkway and a dedicated children's play area, fostering a sense of community and connection among residents.
