Cascadia by StreetSide Developments is a thoughtfully planned townhome community located at 6951 204 Street in Langley’s Willoughby Heights neighbourhood. The development comprises 231 two- to four-bedroom townhomes, including 10 live/work units, spread across 47 three-storey wood-frame buildings. Designed by Ciccozzi Architecture, the homes feature West Coast-inspired exteriors with brick veneer, HardiePlank siding, and varied colour palettes that reflect the natural surroundings. Cascadia offers a range of floor plans, some with dens and family rooms, catering to diverse lifestyles. The community emphasizes energy efficiency, with select homes built to net-zero-ready standards, incorporating features like heat pump water heaters, triple-glazed windows, and ERV systems. Residents enjoy over 20,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space, including playgrounds, walking trails, and a 2,425-square-foot clubhouse with a lounge, kitchen, and fitness area.
NuFrame was engaged to deliver a comprehensive material supply package for the Cascadia project, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structures. By overseeing every aspect from prefabrication to on-site installation, NuFrame ensured precision and efficiency throughout the construction process. Their integrated approach contributed to the successful realization of this distinctive development, enhancing Langley's residential landscape with quality craftsmanship and innovative design.
