This thoughtfully designed project features 33 homes, including condos, lofts, and townhouses, ranging from 455 to 1,270 square feet. The architecture blends traditional brick and metal elements with modern white fiber panels, reflecting the area's rich Italian heritage and contemporary urban living. Residents enjoy amenities such as a rooftop garden, social lounge, pet wash station, and EV-ready underground parking, all within walking distance to Commercial Drive and East Village.

NuFrame played a crucial role in the construction of The Grant, delivering a comprehensive material supply package that encompassed wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structure. Spanning 29,900 square feet, this project exemplifies NuFrame's commitment to precision and efficiency in wood frame construction.
