Silverstone Care Centre is a state-of-the-art, 128-bed long-term care facility located at 5625 Derby Road in Sechelt, BC. Developed by Trellis Seniors Services in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health, the centre officially opened in January 2024, replacing the aging Totem Lodge and Shorncliffe care homes. Designed with a "home and neighbourhood" model, Silverstone comprises several small households, each accommodating 16 to 17 residents with private rooms and ensuite washrooms. The facility features communal dining areas, lounges, a bistro-events room, hair salon, community room, and a central courtyard, all aimed at fostering a sense of community and enhancing the quality of life for residents. Additionally, Silverstone includes four dedicated hospice beds and houses the region's Adult Day Program, providing comprehensive care services to the Sunshine Coast community.

NuFrame was engaged to deliver a comprehensive material supply package for the Silverstone project, encompassing wall panels, design, delivery, and labour for the wood frame structures. By overseeing every aspect from prefabrication to on-site installation, NuFrame ensured precision and efficiency throughout the construction process. Their integrated approach contributed to the successful realization of this significant development, enhancing Sechelt's healthcare infrastructure with quality craftsmanship and innovative design.
