Nuframe Group Announces Acquisition of JSN Construction, Completing 5-year Growth Strategy
Strategic acquisition strengthens framing capacity and finalizes 5-year growth plan
SURREY, BC, MARCH 20, 2026 — Nuframe Group, a leading Western Canadian construction company, announced today that it has acquired JSN Construction, marking the completion of a five-year growth strategy that focused on increasing Nuframe’s geographical footprint and capacity across all key operational divisions.
The acquisition, along with Nuframe’s acquisition of AJ Construction earlier this year, fulfills the company’s vision of creating an integrated and unmatched platform for mid-rise, multi-family, residential wood-frame development.

Josh Nicholson, Owner of JSN Construction, will join Nuframe as Vice President. His contributions to Nuframe will be critical for driving greater efficiencies within the company and its projects, and improving overall quality and productivity.
